Prof. Jatinder Kumar Jha is a distinguished academician and HR expert with over a decade of experience. He holds a doctorate from IIM Ahmedabad and is an Associate Professor of HRM at XLRI Jamshedpur. Prof. Jha has published over two dozen research papers on sustainable careers, AI in HRM, strategic HR and digital transformation of HR. He developed HR competency frameworks for various PSUs and contributed to the Seventh Central Pay Commission study in 2015. Who is eligible to apply for this HR course by XLRI?

Graduates or Diploma holders with at least 7 years of experience in HR
management or related domains are eligible to apply. For Indian participants, a graduation (10+2+3) or diploma from a recognized university is required, while international participants should have a graduation or equivalent degree from any recognized University. Sessions are held every Saturday from 3 PM to 6 PM (2 classes), allowing you to participate conveniently without disrupting your work schedule. Each class is 1.5 hours long, and the programme requires a commitment of approximately 87 hours of learning over 7 months. This includes the live sessions, short campus modules and assignments.
