Methodology, Evaluation and Certification
Students will be conferred with Postgraduate Certificate in Senior Leadership (PGCSL) directly by XLRI Jamshedpur, once they successfully meet all certification criteria.

The XLRI Senior Management Programme typically requires participants to have
