This six-month programme is delivered mainly through live online video lectures accessible from any location. It also includes 3 on-campus days, for in-person learning and interaction.

CAMPUS IMMERSION
On Campus: Around 12 Sessions
On-campus orientation module of three days duration:
3 residential days at the IIM Indore’s Indore Campus
One or two sessions from some of the courses will become part of the on-campus orientation module. In case the on-campus module is not conducted due to Covid situation, the same will be included in the total number of sessions.

PEDAGOGY
The programme emphasizes application and learning through case and discussion methods, encouraging participants to learn by actively engaging in assignments and projects. Simulations will play a crucial role in refining analytical skills, enabling participants to develop the ability to analyze problems from multifunctional perspectives. The culmination of the programme will be a Capstone Project, in which all the acquired knowledge will be applied to a real-life case scenario, integrating the various aspects of learning.

The progress of participants will be continuously assessed through quizzes, assignments, tests, and examinations. Participants must achieve a minimum score/grade, determined by the Institute, to successfully complete the course.
Though the Institute admits a candidate to the programme, the candidate’s responsibility towards, attendance, participation and assessment are completely an individual responsibility.
Candidates who meet the minimum attendance criteria and do not receive ‘Poor’ grades in more than two courses will receive a ‘Certificate of Completion’ and the course-wise grades obtained will be mentioned in the certificate.
Candidates who meet the minimum attendance criteria but receive ‘Poor’ grades in more than two courses will receive a ‘Certificate of Participation’. In such cases, the grade will not be mentioned in the certificate.
Successful participants will also be accorded IIM Indore Executive Education Alumni status
The participants who will complete the programme successfully will be eligible for the Certificate of Completion & Executive Education Alumni status of IIM Indore. They will be required to apply separately along with the necessary fee to register their name. Current alumni membership plans are as follows:
• 2-year membership – INR 1000/- + applicable taxes,
• Lifetime membership – INR 10,000/- + applicable taxes

Mere successful completion of the programme, application submission, and fee does not entitle a participant to be eligible for executive education alumni status. IIM Indore reserves the right to confer or withhold executive education alumni status.

Participants are expected to attend all sessions of a given course. Participants may take leave on account of emergencies, subject to the approval of the Programme Coordinator. However, a 75% minimum attendance requirement would be considered for the final grading.

To attain this status, they must submit a separate application along with the necessary registration fee. The benefits offered to Executive Education Alumni include:
Participants who have successfully completed the programme need to apply separately to register their names with the IIM Indore Executive Education Alumni. This registration requires a fee of INR 1000 + applicable taxes for a 2-year membership and INR 10,000 + applicable taxes for a Lifetime membership.
Please note that the one-time fee for the Executive Alumni Status, which is an add-on to the programme fee, is subject to revision based on the discretion of the IIM Indore management.
