The Senior Executive Development Programme for Emerging CEOS – Leadership at Peak is designed for high-performing senior executives who are on the path to becoming CEOs or are already in key leadership roles. Working professionals wishing to participate in the programme need to have a minimum experience of 10 years or more. The programme is ideal for individuals who are:
- High Potential Business Leaders responsible for strategizing and decision-making at an organizational level.
- Senior management executives faced with managing new age realities and challenges like digital transformation, gig economy, multigenerational workforce, crisis management, environmental volatility etc.
- COs playing a key role in the development and achievement of the long-term strategic goals of organizations.
- Function/Division heads with P&L responsibilities, seeking to break into the C-Suite.
Unique Pedagogy
The live sessions of this programme are designed with a specific intent for participants to learn from practitioners who are (or have been) at the helm of leadership. Each session will therefore have a different “leader in practice” from different continuity and sectors of society. The session will be anchored by the programme director. The programme director will also play the role of facilitator, threading all the different sessions and speakers together.
The delivery for this programme would comprise a judicious mix of live virtual lectures, discussion, case studies, and experience sharing through peer discussion.

Methodology, Evaluation and Certification
Evaluation methodology is at the discretion of the faculty. The methodology includes online exams, case analysis, class contribution and any other component as decided by the respective course faculties. A minimum of 75% attendance is a prerequisite for the successful completion of this program. The program may require participants to work on individual/group assignments and/or projects. The main objective of such assignments/projects will be to help the participants apply their conceptual learning in the program to actual organizational decision scenarios. The participants will have to secure the minimum pass marks in the respective evaluation components.
Participants who successfully complete the same and satisfy the requisite attendance criteria, will be awarded a certificate of completion. Participants who are unable to clear the evaluation criteria but have the requisite attendance will be awarded a Participation certificate.
NO separate Transcript or Marksheet will be provided by IIM Raipur to participants
Participants who successfully complete the programme and meet all the required criteria will be eligible to receive a "Certificate of Completion" and the IIM Raipur Executive Alumni Status.

Participants will attend live video sessions on the VCNow platform through direct-to-desktop (D2D) mode. Additionally, they will have the unique opportunity to visit the IIM Raipur campus for an intensive 4-day on-campus immersion (2 visits of 2 days each). The live online sessions will take place every Sunday from (10:30 AM to 1:30 PM).
