Prof. Pavni Kaushiva

Dr. Pavni Kaushiva is a respected academic with a background in engineering (BTech) and a PhD. She completed her studies in Organizational Behaviour at the Indian Institute of Management Calcutta (IIMC). Her research primarily focuses on understanding gender and diversity in workplaces. Recently, she studied women’s experiences returning to the private sector in India after taking a career break.
