Methodology, Evaluation and Certification

The programme follows an interactive and application-oriented learning approach through live online lectures, case studies, group projects, hands-on workshops, guest lectures, and a capstone project guided by faculty mentors. Continuous assessments throughout the course ensure active participation and application of learning to real-life HR scenarios. Participants are required to maintain at least 70% attendance and successfully meet the evaluation criteria to qualify for the Certificate of Completion from XLRI Jamshedpur. Those maintaining attendance above 50% and fulfilling evaluation requirements will receive a Certificate of Participation.

Participants who maintain a minimum of 70% attendance and successfully fulfill all evaluation requirements will be awarded a Certificate of Completion from XLRI Jamshedpur.

The Programme is designed to be flexible and accessible, primarily delivered through live online sessions on the VCNow platform, ensuring seamless participation through your devices. Additionally, participants can engage in a 4 -day on-campus immersion at the XLRI Jamshedpur campus.

Sessions are held every Saturday from 3 PM to 6 PM (2 classes), allowing you to participate conveniently without disrupting your work schedule. Each class is 1.5 hours long, and the programme requires a commitment of approximately 124 hours of learning over 8 months. This includes the live sessions, short campus modules and assignments.
