Dr. R. Rajesh Babu is a Public Policy and Management Professor at the Indian Institute of Management Calcutta. He is also a Member of the Board of Governors of IIMC. Prof. Babu has received his Ph.D. in International Law from JNU, New Delhi. He has over two decades of experience in industry and academia. He served as a post-doctoral scholar in residence at the Geneva Graduate Institute, a visiting fellow at Hamburg University, and a fellow at the Hague Academy of International Law. From 2002 to 2009, he was Senior Legal Officer at the Asian-African Legal Consultative Organization (AALCO), New Delhi, an intergovernmental organisation (IGO). He also practiced Law briefly at the High Court and the subordinate courts. Prof. Babu is a regular contributor to international journals, magazines and books.
