Dr. Neharika Vohra is a specialist in behavioural science and a Professor of Organizational Behaviour at IIM Ahmedabad. With a distinguished academic background, including a Ph.D. from the University of Manitoba, she boasts a strong track record in research, publications, and executive education. She has extensive experience in the corporate sector as an independent director, consultant, advisor & mentor. She has held leadership roles at IIM Ahmedabad, including Chairperson of the Doctoral Program and Editor of Vikalpa. She has also served as Vice Chancellor of Delhi Skill and Entrepreneurship University.
