Professor M.P. Ram Mohan, a distinguished scholar at IIM Ahmedabad in the field of Strategy, holds a Ph.D. from IIT Kharagpur and an MPhil from NUJS Kolkata. He teaches courses on Legal Aspects of Business, Corporate Insolvency, Business and Professional Negligence and Law in Management of Business, Markets, and Resources. His research spans Insolvency and Bankruptcy, Companies Law, Indian Contract Law, Business and Professional Negligence, Law, Strategy and Organisations and Trade Marks. With professional roles, including Chairperson for MBA Admissions and Convener for CAT, he is also an Affiliate Researcher at The Centre for Peace, Hiroshima University. Notable publications include articles in journals like The Hofstra Labor & Employment Law Journal and the American Bankruptcy Institute Law Review. He has authored significant books, including the ‘Handbook on Nuclear Regulatory Framework in India’ and ‘Nuclear Energy and Liability in South Asia.’
