XLRI, the first management institute in India, was incorporated in 1949 by a few visionary Jesuit Fathers to bring a change in the economy and society at Carpe. How is the programme delivered?
Participants will attend live online sessions on the VCNow platform through direct-to-desktop (D2D) mode. Additionally, they will have the unique opportunity to visit the XLRI Jamshedpur campus for an intensive 3 day on-campus immersion. The live online sessions will take place every Saturday from 10 AM to 1:15 PM.

- Yes, a discount structure is available for bulk nominations from corporates based on the number of participants.
- 3–5 participants: Maximum 5% of the academic fee
- 6–10 participants: Maximum 7.5% of the academic fee
- 11–15 participants: Maximum 10% of the academic fee
- Above 15 participants: Maximum 15% of the academic fee
