Sunil Kumar Sarangi is a distinguished faculty member teaching Communication and Leadership at XLRI – Xavier School of Management, one of India's top-ranked business schools. Holding an international (US) certification as a teacher/trainer, he brings over 20 years of combined corporate and academic experience, with deep expertise spanning interpersonal effectiveness, motivation, influence, persuasion, customer-focus, and communication—core pillars of modern leadership education.

At XLRI, Sunil has led one of the institute's flagship programmes, serving as Program Director of Basic Leadership Skills (BLS) for five years. His teaching is grounded in real-world corporate experience, having worked with organisations such as Goldman Sachs and Oracle, and equips working professionals and senior executives with the skills needed to navigate complex leadership challenges.

The sessions are scheduled every Saturday 6:30 PM–9:30 PM and Sunday 9:30 AM–12:30 PM IST, taking into account the busy schedules of working professionals.
