Pedagogy
The classes for this programme will be delivered through LIVE lectures using Direct to Device (D2D) Technology facilitated by UCS. The pedagogy comprises of case studies, interactive sessions, quiz, mid-term and end-term examination, class participation, presentations, project work and class exercises imparted by XLRI’s faculty in order to help participants gain the knowledge, understanding, and hands-on skills to immediately apply their learning in the workplace. Additionally, participants opting for Certificate of Completion will be assigned project work and presentations that will be evaluated by the faculty in addition to providing individual feedback.

Methodology, Evaluation and Certification
The course includes a Campus Component featuring a three-hour revision by professors, immediately followed by a test. Participants will receive a minimum of two weeks of preparatory time between completing the online content and beginning the campus component. The Campus Component date will be announced on the first day of the inauguration to facilitate travel planning.
Periodic evaluations are built into the course duration. 40% of the evaluation is conducted on the platform, and 60% is assessed during the Campus Component test. Participants who successfully complete the evaluations and meet the requisite attendance criteria will be awarded a certificate of completion by XLRI.
Certificate of Completion will be awarded to all successful candidates.
