Certificate
The examination and evaluation required for certification shall be carried out by XLRI Jamshedpur. Evaluation Methodology includes Written Tests, Assignments, Online Examination Quizzes etc.Evaluation method to be chosen by faculty members teaching respective courses.Examination papers to be set and evaluated by XLRI Students will be conferred with Post Graduate Certificate in Human Resource Management
(PGCHRM) directly by XLRI Jamshedpur, once they successfully meet all certification criteria.

How Do You Apply Online to XLRI’s Human Resource Management Course?
Applying to XLRI’s Human Resource Management course online is a simple process. All you have to do is fill out the Enquiry Form that includes your Name, Email, Contact No., City and Experience. How is the programme delivered?
XLRI has partnered with VCNow — a premier Executive Education enabler — to deliver this programme. Participants can attend live online video lectures on their desktop/laptop, irrespective of their location. XLRI professors will deliver these lectures live from the institute and participants can interact with them virtually. The sessions are scheduled every Friday (6:30 to 9:30) PM & Sunday (3:00 to 6:00) PM taking into account the busy schedules of working professionals. Plus, participants are given the opportunity to visit the XLRI Jamshedpur campus and learn things from the ground up through an intensive and mandatory 5 days of on-campus immersion.
