Prof. Jatinder Kumar Jha
Prof. Jatinder Kumar Jha is a distinguished HRM academician with over a decade of experience and a doctorate from IIM Ahmedabad. Currently an Associate Professor at XLRI Jamshedpur, he has published extensively in areas such as sustainable careers, AI in HRM, strategic HR, and digital transformation. He has led major consultancy projects, contributed to the Seventh Central Pay Commission study, and developed HR frameworks for prominent PSUs. Prof. Jha is also actively involved in industry training, workshops, and leadership development for leading organizations across India.

The Programme is designed to be flexible and accessible, primarily delivered through live online sessions on the VCNow platform, ensuring seamless participation through your devices. Additionally, participants can engage in a 4 -day on-campus immersion at the XLRI Jamshedpur campus.
Sessions are held every Saturday from 3 PM to 6 PM (2 classes), allowing you to participate conveniently without disrupting your work schedule. Each class is 1.5 hours long, and the programme requires a commitment of approximately 124 hours of learning over 8 months. This includes the live sessions, short campus modules and assignments.
